Since made to order items are specially crafted by our small team of artists and artisans, the production time varies based on our current production schedule. Orders typically take 15 working days but timing could be more or less based on our schedule. Please contact us before placing time limited orders to ensure that your required delivery date can be met.

Our process of creating made to order items is an intimate one which involves sufficient communication with our customers for clarity on their specifications. An email explaining the required specifications(sizing measurements, color,etc) for crafting each of your pieces will be sent to you once your payment is confirmed. We also recommend sending a phone number for faster communication though email responses are also timely.

The production time communicated begins when all your necessary specifications are verified.

Our replies are speedy and are typically within 24hours.

Refund policy : Our craft involves working carefully with our customers specifications to ensure that they receive items they are in love with! In the rare event that we get something wrong, we will rectify by fixing or replacing the item. We currently do not offer refunds but we endeavor to reach a fair resolution where there is any issue.
